DIRECTOR-IN-CHARGE
- An expert in power engineering with 12 years of experience, Ir. Dr. Tang leads our Engineering Services Department. Having served in diverse roles across multiple stakeholders (owners, main contractors and end users), Ir. Dr. Tang offers a unique and holistic perspective enabling the team to deliver value-added solutions to meet the client’s requirements.

We deliver comprehensive high voltage substation and underground cable designs to match the needs of each project phase from conceptual design, preliminary design and detailed design. We also review the submission by the contractors to verify design accuracy, technical compliance, and alignment with project specifications, ensuring seamless integration and successful project execution.
We manage the entire process of securing supply approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. From bulk supply applications to licensing and system upgrades, we coordinate closely with authorities such as Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB, SEB, and SESB to ensure smooth approvals and project readiness.
